Hello Fish Fans, I'm Captain Charlie
and I've been fishin’ the Chesapeake Bay for nearly 10 years. I'm a Reel
fish-head, a captain who wants you to have a good time and catch fish. I
promise you nobody will work harder to make sure you enjoy your day on
the water and catch fish. I will treat you as I would want to be treated
if I was spending my hard earned dollars on a fishin’ trip.
We promise to do our best to put you on the fish!

The Upper Bay Charter Captains Association (UBCCA) is an
organization whose members hold both United States Coast Guard captain
license and a Maryland Fishing Guide license. The Association is
dedicated to the promotion of the Upper Chesapeake Bay. Our primary
focus is to offer world class Striped Bass fishing plus great
opportunities for Bluefish, Croaker, Flounder, Perch, Spanish Mackerel,
Spot, Trout, and others.
