All licenses, bait and equipment will be provided. The mate or captain will be able to provide fish cleaning services for an additional charge. This service may not be available on half-day trips because of the short turn around time between half-day charters. We will also cater to any other requests such as multiple boats, fishing contests, corporate events, etc.

Areas fished and methods used

Since we are located in one of the most productive areas of the Chesapeake, we typically run for less than 45 minutes in order to find fish. The speed of Reel Diamond allows us to be at any location on Maryland’s portion of the Bay within 90 minutes of leaving the dock.

During the spring season we'll be departing from Deale, MD and fishing the Chesapeake Beach, Bloody Point, and other nearby areas. In the summer and fall we'll be departing Edgemere, MD and fishing between the Bay Bridge and Pooles Island.

We specialize in Striped Bass fishing both trolling, and chumming. Light tackle is available. We also cast, jig and bottom fish when appropriate.
